The hinge consists of two hinge seats, which in turn consist of a circular part and a connecting body, and consists of three mutually perpendicular connecting plates. Because the area of the contact surface of the connection is relatively large, the connection strength between the connecting body and the structural parts is high.
The installation of hinges can be specifically divided into the following points:
Firstly before installation should observe whether the hinge and the conveyor, as well as the part to be connected are compatible;.
Secondly, check whether the hinge connecting surface in the object to be connected is matched in length, width and thickness. When a side plate is shared, the total required clearance should be twice the minimum clearance, and when the covering distance of the fixed machinery is reduced accordingly, hinges with bent hinge arms are required. When the sides are rounded, the minimum clearance is reduced accordingly, and the required minimum clearance can be found in the corresponding table for each different type of hinge.
Thirdly observe that the connection of the hinges should be matched to the object to be installed, the width, height and quality of the material of the machinery, which is determined by the factor of the number of hinges required for the machinery;.
Fourthly, check whether the screws and fasteners connected to the hinges are compatible with each other, and the maximum size available for each hinge is based on the selection of hinges for different conveyor categories.
Fifthly, if the two pieces of hinges are not symmetrical, it should be identified which page should be connected with the object to be fixed, which page is connected to the other end, the larger the distance, the smaller the minimum gap, for stability reasons, the distance between the hinges should be as large as possible; sixthly, when installing hinges, it should be checked whether the screws and fasteners are matched.
Sixth in the hinge installation, should ensure that the hinge in the object being fixed in the same vertical line, so as not to be fixed unstable, and cause the mechanical object misalignment or cause wear and tear of the conveyor.
